DISPATCH & DELIVERY

On each mio-mat  product page, you'll see a dispatch estimate. Dispatch is when we send the product to our delivery partner, not when it arrives at your door.

 

Your delivery charge is based on the weight of your basket.

From the moment when we send the product to our delivery partner, Your order will be delivered to your door within 2-3 days ( 5-7 working days) after shipping. You will receive a notification ( from our delivery partner) the evening before and an email to inform you about the delivery of your order the next day. Via the shipment tracking you can then request delivery at a different time, have the order delivered to a neighbor or forward it to a local post office, DHL or HERMES shop for self-collection.

Can I change my order?

Once you've placed an order, you can't change it.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the item's not been dispatched. Just contact us and we'll cancel it and give you a full refund. It's as easy as that. Cancellations made after we've sent your item(s) will need to be made at the time of delivery – just refuse the delivery, or contact us within 14 days. Once it gets back to us, you'll receive a full refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How long will my refund take?

For security reasons, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order within 14 days.
